2018 Off-Season Work Out Plan
Below is the schedule for the off season. This is optional but highly encouraged for prospective players. It is important for players that are not currently in a winter sport to participate each and every pre-season work out. These session will be used to building chemistry and a sense of ownership of the Glencoe High School Lacrosse Program.
Players will need full gear at all open field sessions. A majority of the open field sessions will be run by Coach Randy Souers. Other sessions will be run by the upperclassmen. Players are to be fully suited up for open field 15 min. before start time. As a team they will get in a dynamic warm up and some stick work before Coach Souers arrives.
Monday – Open Field 5:00pm-6:30pm (Hare Field)
Tuesday – Weight Training / Track 3:40pm-5:00pm (GHS Weight Room)
Wednesday - Open Field 5:00pm-6:30pm (Hare Field)
Thursday – Open Field** 4:30pm-6:00pm (Hare Field) (Senior Lead)
Friday – Weight Training / Track 3:40pm-5:00pm (GHS Weight Room)
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – Rest
**Senior Lead Open Field only on following dates: Jan 4, Jan 18, Feb 15, and Feb 22
